Local residents are invited to attend a free program this week to hear about legal services.
The Butler Area Public Library will host an attorney with Neighborhood Legal Services for a Financial Literacy for Victims of Domestic Violence Presentation at 6 p.m. in the Basement Meeting Room. Registration is required by contacting the library.
The Library is also hosting a meeting of the No Shelf Control Book Club on Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Basement Meeting Room. This month’s theme is any graphic novel.
Finally, the library is asking for participation in a survey about children’s programs this fall. Those who take the survey by September 10th will be entered for a chance to win a $25 gift card to Eat ‘n Park.
