A Karns City man accused of rape will have additional charges added after a hearing late last week.
State police charged 22-year-old Logan Bowser with rape in a Concord Township home in July 2023.. Bowser was charged after police found text messages and a DNA samples from a sexual assault collection kit connected him to the crime.
Bowser had already been charged with rape, indecent assault forcible compulsion, and false imprisonment.
After hearing on Thursday, Bowser had the charges of a felony indecent assault and misdemeanor sexual assault added.
