Visitors are welcome to an event this weekend at a local state park that will focus on birds.
Moraine State Park will host a Warbler Walk on Saturday from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Old 422 Launch by the Region 2 Office.
Park naturalists and local members of the Audubon Society bird chapter will lead an easy hike along a paved road where participants will have the chance to spot as many warblers as possible.
Birders of all skill levels are welcome to bring binoculars, water, and snacks with some binoculars available if needed.
