Attorney General Dave Sunday says his office is joining a bipartisan coalition of states in filing a lawsuit to block the popular DNA testing company, 23andMe, from selling consumer data.
The deadline to file proofs of claim in the 23andMe bankruptcy case expired this past weekend.
