The Pittsburgh Pirates play the Milwaukee Brewers in a double-header today.
Game 1 begins at 12:05 PM with pre-game at 11:40 AM on WISR. Game 2 begins at 4:05 PM with WISR pre-game at 3:40 PM.
The Pirates also traded their 34th overall pick in this year’s draft to the Chicago White Sox for LHP Brandon Eisert and IF Jacob Gonzalez. Eisert has a 4.77 ERA in 103.2 innings while Gonzalez is a former 2023 first round pick who debuted in the Majors this season and is expected to play some innings at short-stop in place of the injured Konnor Griffin.
The MLB Draft begins at 1 PM today. The Pirates have the #5 overall pick as well as an additional 2nd round pick.
NASCAR
NASCAR returns to Atlanta for the second race of the season Sunday night at EchoPark Speedway. Hear coverage of the race on WBUT at 6 PM. Tyler Reddick won the Atlanta race in February, while Chase Elliot is the defending race winner.
