A large number of local residents joined Butler Township police and officials in celebrating National Night Out earlier this week.
Over 50 residents of all ages stopped by the Pullman Recreation Complex blue fields on Hollywood Drive Tuesday evening.
Visitors were able to engage in a variety of activities like face-painting and cornhole as well as enjoy hot dogs and drinks while meeting officers from the Butler Township Police Department, members of the Butler Township Fire Department, and Butler Township Commissioners.
Work is continuing at the Pullman Recreation Complex with the construction of a second support building next to the rugby field as well as additional parking on either side of the fields.
