Two men are facing charges after they allegedly stole thousands in power tools from the Cranberry Township hardware store.
The incident happened on Saturday around 5:45 p.m. at the Home Depot located on Dutilh Road.
According to charging documents, 39-year-old Brian Ayersman of Ellwood City entered the store and placed nearly $4,500 worth of tools in a cart. 62-year-old Daniel Houston of Linesville is then seen entering the store and walking out with Ayersman.
The two then loaded the tools into a vehicle and left the scene. Both men have also been accused of similar thefts at different Home Depot locations and are alleged to have taken as much $7,000 in merchandize.
They have both been charged with two felony conspiracy charges, felony retail theft, and felony receiving stolen property.
A warrant for their arrest has been issued.
