A Dubois man is facing charges after allegedly slashing tires, smashing windows, and attempting to break into a Center Township home.
Sunday morning just before 2 a.m., police were called to the home for an alleged break in by a known suspect. Homeowners spotted the suspect, but he got away by the time officers arrived.
According to State Police, 25-year-old Evan Way punctured tires of the vehicle at the home then broke three windows attempting to break into the home.
Way is facing several charges including burglary, criminal mischief, and criminal trespassing.
