According to Healthiest Employers, a nationally recognized awards program, IHS earned the number three overall ranking for Delaware and Pennsylvania.
The list is based on a comprehensive approach to workforce wellness, including programs that support physical, mental and emotional health, encourage preventive care, and promote work-life balance.
The annual Healthiest Employers assessment, powered by Truven, uses a proprietary 1-100 scoring rubric to evaluate six key areas of organizational health and wellness, including strategy, culture, and outcomes.
