A petition has been filed with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court asking for an extension to the Skill Games machine deadline.
Currently all skill game machines must be removed from businesses by Tuesday.
A new petition filed with the state Supreme Court asks for a 120-day extension for the enforcement deadline.
The petition was originally filled Wednesday morning but was quickly retracted only to be refiled Thursday morning.
If granted the extension would take the deadline to February 10.
