The public is invited to attend a free program by a local author later this week.
The Butler County Historical Society is hosting an evening gathering with author LuAnn Cherry at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Senator Lowrie House on West Diamond Street.
Cherry will discuss the early families of Butler and how they connect with the old Butler graveyard. This hour-long program will also be available to view on Zoom but tickets are needed by calling the Historical Society or visiting their website.
This is the final installment of the Society’s America 250 talk series.
