State police were called to a residence in Oakland Twp., Butler County on Friday evening.
The victim, Robert Micula , had a contractor kicked off of his property two weeks ago by state police and was told not to return to the residence. The man returned to the property Friday night with unknown intentions and police were called.
The contractor’s name was not released in police reports but he is charged with trespassing and harassment.
