Law enforcement is still searching for the man who shot at a vehicle in neighboring Beaver County then led a chase into Cranberry Township last month.
According to the Beaver County District Attorney, while at a New Brighton Speedway gas station the evening of June 21st, 33-year-old Jalen Sims fired several shots into a vehicle getting gas.
While fleeing, the driver and Sims would be spotted in the area of the 100 block of Rochester Road tossing a black bag with the gun on the side of the road. The vehicle would eventually run out of gas in a Cranberry Township church parking lot and Sims would flee on foot.
A warrant for Sims arrest has been issued for two counts of criminal attempted-homicide, two counts of aggravated assault, and one count of guns not to be carried without a license.
