A man has pled guilty to taking pictures under the skirt of a child and will serve up to three years.
Jaime Sanchez-Lopez entered a guilty plea for taking inappropriate photos of an eight-year-old child.
In the plea agreement, Sanchez-Lopez will serve 12 to 36 months in confinement with time served; on May 13 Sanchez-Lopez will be imprisoned for one year.
Sanchez-Lopez will also have to pay a fine of $150, restitution, and comply with the PA Parole Board Special Conditions for Sex Offenders.
Of the four counts against Sanchez-Lopez, he pled guilty to one, unlawful contact with a minor, sexual offenses, which is a first-degree felony.
