A group of Mars students is giving back to the community through a donation drive.
A birthday supply collection to benefit families in need is taking place at Mars Area Centennial School.
JAM Kindness Club is collecting cake mixes, icing, candles, cake pans, cards, plates, napkins, plasticware, plastic tablecloths, small stuffed animals, and small toys.
The items will then be assembled into Birthday Boxes to be donated to St. Kilian Food Pantry. Donations can be dropped off at the school’s main office during school hours.
