Many communities honored the lives of veterans through a variety of Memorial Day events this weekend.
Here are the ceremonies planned for today.
- Chicora Memorial Day Parade will start at 10 a.m.
- The Harrisville Legion Post 852 will host at Memorial Day Ceremony and parade starting at 1 p.m.
- Saxonburg’s Memorial Day Parade begins at 10:30 a.m. with an event to follow at Roebling Park.
- The Zelienople Legion will host at Memorial Day service beginning at 11 a.m.
