An Ambridge woman accused of stealing from her former employer pled guilty and was sentenced yesterday.
33-year-old Ciara Stawarz pled guilty to burglary, computer theft, and theft by unlawful taking.
Charging documents say Stawarz stole login information from Cranberry Dental Arts in October of 2024. She used that information to disrupt appointment times, break into the office, and steal $1,600 in cash from the business.
She was charged with over 70 felonies when charges were first filed in December 2024.
Stawarz was sentenced to 10 months to 47 months in prison and 24 months of probation but was paroled at sentencing.
Along with probation, Stawarz will have to pay $3,541 in fines, fees, restitution, and cost of prosecution.
