The Pittsburgh Pirates walked off in the 9th inning against the Minnesota Twins Friday night.
The Pirates faced a 5-4 deficit for the majority of the game until the 9th inning. With a runner on and one out, Bryan Reynolds hit a walk-off home run to secure the victory for the Pirates, his 6th of the season.
Starting pitcher Jared Jones made his season debut after missing all of last season due to an elbow injury, striking out 6 and allowing 5 runs over 4.1 innings of work. Wilber Dotel pitched 3 1-hit innings in relief, striking out 4. Gregory Soto earned the win.
The Pirates and Twins play again today at 4:05 PM. WISR Pre-game begins at 3:40 PM.
The Pittsburgh Riverhounds host Miami tonight at 7 PM.

Stanley Cup Finals
The Carolina Hurricanes defeated the Montreal Canadiens Friday night, 6-1. The Hurricanes will host the Las Vegas Golden Knights Tuesday at 8 PM to begin the Stanley Cup Finals.
NBA Playoffs
Game 7 of the Western Conference series between Oklahoma City and San Antonio will be played tonight at 8 PM. The winner will face the New York Knicks in the NBA Final Series beginning on Wednesday.
