The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Baby Penguins defeated the Toronto Marlies 5-3 last night in Game 3 of their Calder Cup Eastern Conference Final. Aiden McDonough and Bill Zonnon scored and had an assist each for the Penguins. Sergei Murashov stopped 36 of 39 shots in net.
Toronto still leads the series 2-1. Game 4 is Wednesday in Toronto.
The Stanley Cup Final begins tonight in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Carolina Hurricanes host the Vegas Golden Knights for an 8pm face-off in Game 1 of the best-of-seven series.
