One person is in custody after a woman was found stabbed to death in Armstrong County last night.
The incident happened on Schenley Road in Gilpin Township.
Police responded to a home and found one woman died from a stabbing. Police were able to locate the suspect, who put up a barricade in a nearby home.
Eventually, the suspect was taken into custody safely.
State police are now handling the investigation.
