The Big Butler Fair is still going strong this week.
The 170th running of the fair features food, carnival rides and games, demo derbies, tractor pulls, and farm animals.
Visitors Saturday will be able to enjoy the Rodfathers 4th of July Car Cruise beginning at noon. This event around the racetrack will include a 50/50, music, dash plaques, food, and fireworks. The club is asking for a $5 donation for each cruise car to be displayed.
General fair gate admission tickets can be purchased for $9 online or between $8 and $10 at the gate cash only depending on the time. Children 6 and under are free. Parking is also free.
The Big Butler Fair continues through next week at the fairgrounds on New Castle Road in Prospect. The Fair opens daily at 9 a.m. and closes around 11 p.m.
