A second person is now facing charges for a fight that took place in the City of Butler last month.
On June 28, police were called to the 300 block of Negley Avenue around 9:15 pm for a fight between several parties.
According to charging documents, 40-year-old Joshua Young and 34-year-old Kathryn Lane were driving around shooting fireworks from a moving vehicle. After the pair set off fireworks at the victims, they were chased and would eventually return and a fight broke out.
Lane who was charged last week for the incident, is being accused of taking a knife out and attempting to stab the victim. The parties would separate by the time officers arrived on scene.
Young was charged earlier this month and now Lane has been charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.
Lane is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
