The annual Butler County Chamber of Commerce Celebrate Business dinner is planned for tonight.
The event will begin with a cocktail social at 5:30 p.m. followed by a gourmet dinner and dessert, continuing until 8:30 at the Slippery Rock University Ballroom on the third floor of the Smith Student Center.
The Chamber will recognize local businesses and business leaders as well as highlight Chamber activities, programs, and volunteers. Armco Credit Union is receiving recognition as the Glenn T. Miller Chamber Champion.
Eric Cunningham of Green Cabbage Inc. will receive the William A. Morgan Entrepreneur of the Year. Mark Buchek, Leadership Butler County Board Chair has been chosen for the Stan Kosciuszko Leadership Excellence Award.
The 25 graduates from this year’s Leadership Butler County program will also be recognized.
