Local historian Bill May is offering another program this weekend highlighting notable homes in the City of Butler.
The “Historic Mansions of Butler” walking tour takes place at 6 p.m. on Saturday. The 90-minute tour begins on North McKean and showcases 20 homes with intriguing backstories.
May will also have photos of the homes from the past and tell fascinating tales of how they came to be so important, including one connected to a local murder.
