A Ford City man is facing charges after being accused of threatening a hardware store employee with a gun in Butler Township.
The incident happened on September 10 at the Home Depot when 42-year-old Christopher Bish went to the store to buy a water heater.
Charging documents say when an employee asked him to move out of an isle to get the water heater, Bish then allegedly said he was going to get his gun. A woman with Bish then calmed him down and the two left the store with the water heater.
Bish was charged with terroristic threats and released on the condition he return to court.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for November 19.
