Butler Area School District students in need are encouraged to sign up for an annual event to celebrate the season.
Inspired Hearts and Hands is holding Summerfest at the Butler Area Intermediate School from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, August 9th.
For the last six years Inspired Hearts has given out school supplies to Butler Area School District students. But they also offer often overlooked items like new shoes and clothing, which can make a huge difference for many students.
Inspired Hearts and Hands also offers other programming and services throughout the year and those who are interested or in need of more assistance can reach out to the school or school principal for additional information.
