Strong storms kept first responders busy all day as heavy rain and gusty winds impacted Butler County.
The storms started early in the morning, but the county was hit with another strong round of storms in the early evening and late last night. The Butler County 911 Center handled nearly three dozen calls for downed trees and wires.
There were also multiple places hit by lightning, including the Dollar General in Eau Claire.
Over 500 homes are without power according to First Energy. Another 70 are dealing with outages through Central Electric Cooperative.
