The Pennsylvania Department of Health is introducing a new dashboard to track rising measles cases in the state.
There have been over 100 cases of measles so far this year, the first significant rise in cases since the early 2000s.
The new dashboard gives statistics like county case numbers, hospitalizations, and vaccination status of reported cases. As of this week, there are no measles cases in Butler County.
The Secretary of Health says the goal of the dashboard is to give more public access to their work to protect public health.
The DOH is also hosting measles vaccine clinics in the most effected areas of the state.
