A new hiring cycle for men and women interested in becoming State Troopers has opened.
Applications are now being accepted for cadet training that takes approximate 28 weeks and includes formal coursework, physical fitness activities, and training in police vehicles.
Applicants must have a GED or high school diploma and a vailed driver license from any state. They must also be at least 20-years-old at the time of applying and not 40-years-old upon entry into the academy.
