A woman has been charged in Adams Township after it’s alleged she was staying in a home for sale.
On Thursday police were called to a home on the 100 block of Heaven Lane for an alleged burglary in the process.
The victim claimed they saw a woman go into a home they were selling via ring camera. When officers entered the home, they found 28-year-old Hannah Cunningham inside.
Cunningham was then taken into custody and charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking, loitering, and a few summary offenses.
She was placed in the Butler County Prison on $7,500 and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 13.
